Privacy Policy: SUPER for Google Calendar™
What SUPER does
Most features run entirely in your browser: visual changes, task counting, multi-line titles. The Multi-Move and Bulk Delete features move, delete or restore the events you selected through the Google Calendar API using OAuth 2.0. An optional feedback form lets you send the developer a message.
Limited Use
SUPER's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data we process
- Your Google account email address, to identify your account for support and billing.
- Google Calendar event data (IDs, titles, times, time zones, calendar IDs, recurrence fields), only for the events you act on.
- Calendar list data (calendar IDs and names), to find and update those events.
- Minimal technical data: timestamps, success or failure of API calls, error codes.
- If you send feedback: your message, optionally your email address if you choose to give one, plus a random anonymous installation ID, a hashed (non reversible) form of your IP address for spam protection, the extension version, your language setting, and basic diagnostics (browser and operating system version, time zone, whether you are signed in, which features are switched on, and the outcome of your recent moves, deletions and restores as counters and error codes). Diagnostics never include calendar content: no event titles, no event IDs, no calendar names.
How we use it
Only to perform the action you triggered. Feedback is used only to improve the extension and to reply to you if you left an address. We do not read unrelated content for profiling, marketing or advertising. We do not sell or rent user data. No human reads your calendar data except where required for security or by law.
Storage and retention
- Email addresses are stored for account identification.
- Event data is processed transiently and is not stored.
- Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
- Minimal logs are kept for security purposes.
- Feedback messages are stored until handled and are deleted twelve months after submission at the latest, or earlier on request.
- IP addresses tied to feedback are stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text.
Security
OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, HTTPS for all communication, encryption of stored credentials, rate limiting.
Your rights
You can revoke SUPER's access at any time in your Google account permissions, uninstall the extension, request deletion of your account data, or ask what data we hold. Write to the address above.
