Summary
SUPER for Google Calendar (“SUPER”) includes multiple tools: some features run fully locally in your browser (e.g., UI cleanup, visuals, task counting), while the Multi-Move feature uses Google Calendar API access (OAuth 2.0) to move the events you select. We do not sell user data and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Limited Use (Google API Services)
SUPER’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data we process
- Google Account email address: stored to identify your account, provide customer support, and process billing (if applicable).
- Google Calendar event data: event ID, title/summary, start/end time, timezone, calendar ID, recurrence fields (only if needed for moves), and related metadata required to compute shifts and apply updates.
- Calendar list data: calendar IDs and names (to locate events and apply changes to the correct calendar).
- Technical/log data (minimal): timestamps, success/failure of API calls, error codes, and basic diagnostic data for reliability and abuse prevention.
What we do with your data
- We use your data only to run the functionality you initiate (selecting and shifting events you choose).
- We use your email address for account identification, customer support, and billing purposes only.
- We do not read unrelated content for profiling, marketing, or advertising.
- We do not sell or rent user data.
- We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., Google APIs themselves, payment processors for billing).
Storage & retention
- Email address: stored persistently to identify your account. Deleted upon account deletion or access revocation.
- Event data: not stored persistently by us. Events are processed transiently to perform the requested move.
- Tokens: if a refresh token is stored, it is stored securely and encrypted to keep you signed in (so you do not need to re-authorize frequently).
- Logs: minimal technical logs may be retained for a limited time for security, debugging, and rate limiting.
Security measures
- OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for authentication and consent.
- HTTPS for all communication.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive credentials (e.g., refresh tokens).
- Rate limiting / quota controls to prevent abuse.
Legal basis (EU/EEA) and Swiss law
Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request (performing the calendar actions you initiate) and on legitimate interests in securing and maintaining the service (minimal diagnostics and abuse prevention). If you are in Switzerland, Swiss data protection law applies to the extent relevant.
Your choices & rights
- You can revoke SUPER’s access anytime in your Google Account permissions.
- You can uninstall the extension anytime to stop processing.
- You can request deletion of your account data (including email) via the support channel.
- You can request information about data handling via the support channel linked in the Chrome Web Store listing.

Calendar data integrity
You are responsible for reviewing changes you initiate. Before using SUPER for critical calendars, we recommend testing with non-critical events and verifying results. If something goes wrong, you should use Google Calendar’s own undo/history capabilities where available.
Third-party services
SUPER depends on Google Calendar and Google APIs. We are not responsible for outages, changes, bugs, or behavior caused by Google services, browser changes, or other third-party systems.
Mandatory law
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In such cases, these terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
